DMG Easylife! – DMG's new Customer service
Quality and product design are not the whole story at DMG. We have always been working to
ensure also excellence in customer service. Easylife is our new service model, designed to
support our customers from order to delivery, to after-sales management with careful, accurate and
efficient service.

How can I place my purchase order? No worries, Magellano helps!
Since many years now Magellano, our ordering software for fixtures, is available free of charge to all
our customers to help you create orders of fixtures, controllers and other components.
Magellano includes the entire range of our products, with product drawings, specs and prices.
Guided menus and computer-aided navigation support the customer through a multiple choices path from
order set-up to final quotation. The output file (your order) can be printed out as confirmation of
the order and sent to DMG via e-mail for processing.

Do you need rush delivery? We have the solution!
Lead time for all our products is 15 working days (3 calendar weeks) starting from the date of
order acceptance.
Should you need rush delivery of your order, DMG can handle your request. Contact our
Sales Managers!
Through DMG Store you can order a selection of our products with
delivery in 48h!

Where’s my order? Now you can use our Order Tracking online!
DMG Order Tracking system allows you to track online the
progress of your order until delivery. Registration is required to access a secured area. User access
is on top left frame of our web homepage.

Any problems with our products? We'll pay for it!
If you received products not compliant to your order or defective, you can contact our
Customer Care to solve the problem. If we are responsible for the
mistake, new products and second delivery is at our charge!

Want a safe delivery? Choose to insure your delivery with us!
DMG gives its customers the option to sign an insurance policy on shipment, covering the risk
of stolen or missing goods and guaranteeing fast availability of replacing products. DMG also takes
on itself the excess fee.
