Job Profile:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist, preferably with experience in the elevator and/or control panel sector, who can combine technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to assist clients with product support and help them with their requests and preparation of quotes, if needed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical degree or equivalent diploma in electromechanical, mechanical, or related fields.
- Solid technical skills that, after appropriate training, enable understanding the clients questions/problems and support them with the right solution.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, listening to their needs and giving appropriate technical support.
- Native German speaker.
- Good knowledge of English and preferably Italian.
- Results-oriented, and able to work independently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within the elevator or related technical sectors.
- Currently residing in Germany or willing to relocate.
OTHER
The position includes a company car, laptop, and mobile phone.
Salary (RAL) will be determined based on the candidate’s level of experience and existing skills.
