GREAT CONTRAST, BETTER VISIBILITY
The EN81-70:2018 norm requires that luminance contrast between adjacent surfaces shall be evaluated in numerical light reflectance value (LRV).
The black metal ring added around MACRO frontal mount button provides enhanced luminance contrast to the surrounding faceplate.
SINGLE LIGHTING
Upon activation, both the raised symbol and the halo of the pushbutton light up in red or blue. White illumination is also available on request for some pushbuttons.
By default, all DMG buttons are available primarily with this basic illumination pattern.
DOUBLE LIGHTING
Simbols are always white or green illumnated.
Upon activation, both the raised symbol and the halo of the pushbutton light up in white-red, white-blue or green-red.
By default, all DMG buttons are available primarily with this basic illumination pattern.
TWIN LIGHTING
DMG introduced the Twin-lighting solution as a way to enhance button visibility in darker cabins.
Twin lighting means that both the halo and the symbol of the button are permanently illuminated in WHITE.
Upon activation, the button lights up in RED or BLUE while the white light goes off.
This advanced illumination pattern is available for some DMG pushbuttons, including the MACRO.
WHICH ELECTRONICS?
Like all our pushbuttons, the BM Macro can be matched to different contact modules:
P8 – Wire terminals contact module
Single Lighting
Dual Lighting
Twin Lighting
Good for all types of modernizations. Requires conventional wiring during installation.
If EN81.70 Beep is required, the additional PCB0BEEP module shall be added to the car panel and at each floor. Alternatively, the P8+BEEP contact module is suggested especially at floors.
P9 – JST connector
contact module
Best solution for pre-wired fixtures within the Pitagora 4.0 electric system.
A JST cable must be added to connect the push-button to the Pitagora 4.0 boards in the car (C40.COP14) and at each floor (C40.BDU).
P8B – Wire terminals
contact module + built-in BEEP
Good for all types of modernizations requiring BEEP and new installations compliant to EN81-70.
Requires conventional wiring during installation.
The built-in beep device features +/-2dB BEEP signal when button is pressed.
