WHAT IS PROPHESIX
Prophesix is DMG’s new ADVANCED MONITORING system.
PROPHESIX is placed on the top of the car and operates INDEPENDENTLY from the controller.
All it needs is a 24V DC power supply. Its built-in sensors do all the rest!

HOW IT WORKS
Prophesix collects data from the lift and transmits it to a CLOUD platform via its integrated 4G SIM. This data is analyzed and made available to the client through our FUSION app.
The system processes the collected data to DETECT any abnormal behavior of the lift and sends REAL-TIME ALERTS. This allows technicians to intervene promptly.
It facilitates the shift from traditional “on-call” to PREVENTIVE maintenance — with inspections, checks, and replacements based on actual PERFORMANCE DATA from the system.

INSTALLING PROPHESIX
1. Place the Prophesix on the car roof.
2. Open the FUSION App and start the LEARNING PROCEDURE.
Data detected during this procedure (floor distances, acceleration, speed, door movement) create the REFERENCE MODEL with which all future operations will be compared in time.
3. Following the learning procedure, the system immediately provides access to the KEY OPERATIONAL DATA.

→ Preventive notifications (slow-downs, out of range data, anomalies)

THE DOOR SENSOR
Doors are among the lift components most subject to wear, malfunctions, and failures.
Alongside the Prophesix unit – already equipped with onboard sensors – an additional DOOR SENSOR can be installed to further enhance monitoring.
This optional sensor provides real-time insights into door cycles, anomalies, and performance delays, helping ensure reliable operation.
